Everytime i upload a song it stops at 100%

Ok. I got a sidekick LX 2009. And I followed all the instruction. And when i receive the email on my phone. and i open it. it says the attachment it's to large and connot be sent to device. Any help with this?

Select a smaller chunk of the MP3. The site automatically tries to shrink the file down as much as it can, but you can't expect to get a whole (or even half) of the track under 100kb.
Stick to 30 seconds or smaller if you can.

When I get the e-mail on my phone, I don't see the play or add to ringtones options.

When i upload a song in the ringtone maker i never get the e-mail! what can i do?

of course i had the same problem until i got it/ is because youre doing it wrong instead of your mail . You just have to send the email with (1) attacement to your10digitnumber@tmomail.net so it's kinda like 0000000000@tmomail.net, then scroll all the way down go up once clicl the trackball and now it will show u save ringtone

when the email comes, scroll down and you MAY have select "show attachments". You should see two options: "Play" and "Add to Ringtones". Choose the second one to save to your ringtones!
