I've tried a few times, and it uploads the mp3 to 100%, then does nothing.
Doesn't advance to the next stage or anything.

Help?

Can you post the file you're using? Might just be a small error

I've tried more than one song.
Doesn't happen. :/

Well without some more information, I can't really help you. I just uploaded a random MP3 file and it worked. So either it's the track or something with your computer. Do you have the latest version of flash installed?

The only thing I can think of is that it's not Mac compatible.
Which isn't an issue, I have windows, too.

One quick question, though: after uploaded, does it allow you to select what part of the song you want?

Ok, it works on Windows.
However, the first one I chose was too big to be attached to tmail.

What time would you suggest that would work?

I was wondering if this Ringtone Maker also works for the other Sidekick LX? If not, then would there be another one that would work for the older Sidekick LX?

It doesn't and it will not. ONLY the Sidekick LX 2009 supports sending ringtones to it. All other sidekicks you HAVE to buy the ringtone. This isn't an issue on our end, it's how the devices are made.

You shouldn't go much longer than 30 seconds. The program will try to sample the MP3 down to keep it under 100kb, but if you select a HUGE section, then it may not be able to

As stated above, make sure the original file isn't huge. the 100kb limit isn't anything that we control, that's a limitation of the actual device
